Fun, friendly, "startup-like" culture; employees can collaborate, code-pair, and get important feedback through reviews, training sessions, and townhall-style meetups. Great benefits, parties/meetups, very squeamish offices with no shortage of foods, comforts, services and amenities .

   At times there are heavy loads of work. I find the challenges to be rewarding, and there is plenty of opportunity to have well-earned vacations, etc throughout the year to offset those stressful periods.

Counterbalanced work/life schedules. In house certification programs. Healthy snacks and drinks. Beer/Wine Fridays. Ping Pong/ Foosball / WiiU/ Corn-pigsty Free Lunch every other week (sometimes more than)

   Family-oriented atmosphere Great coworkers Fully stocked pantry and kitchen with salubrious snacks, beverages, energy drinks and beer! Good location in downtown White Plains right next to train and bus station Bi-weekly company lunches that bring all locations together over nutrient and company accomplishments Flexible and fun surround with games for downtime

   Equally a growing "startup" the software does have bugs and can cause customer issues. LOTS of pressure to perform as said startup There is a consistent concern amongst employees that the company will be acquired that hangs over the org Advice has e'er been sub-par
